Monday Aug 10, 2020
Monday Aug 10, 2020
Is your child dealing with a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism? Looking for alternative approaches to medication for behavioral issues? Want to know how to best support neurological health, concentration and focus? Tune in to hear Ali and Becki discuss the rise of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, from conventional approaches to supporting optimal neurological and behavioral health in our children. In today’s episode we will cover primary irritants to avoid as well as foods to focus on and some root causes of imbalance including gut health, detoxification pathways, and nutritional deficiency trends.
In this episode, Ali and Becki discuss functional approaches to neurological and behavioral health from assessing common nutritional deficiencies, identifying food allergies or heavy metal toxicity, balancing blood sugar levels and providing nutrients for optimal cognitive function.
We take a whole body approach addressing mind with restructuring thought patterns and self-esteem building techniques, behavior with development of routine and consistency, and diet to ensure we can provide you with balanced support for optimal results. Some of the most over prescribed medications include methamphetamines to treat attention deficits, especially in kids.
